I, Amrik Singh S/o S. Harbhajan Singh R/o H.No. RZ 9-A, Shankar Park, Sagar Pur (West), Delhi-46, do hereby solemnly affirm and declare as under:-

1.                  That while I was residing at RZ-9A, Shankar Park, Sagar Pur West, New Delhi-46, my house was fully burnt and all my domestic household goods were burnt.

2.                  That I further state that my Fridge, Almirah, Coller and other costly items, T.V. were also looted by the persons.  I have got a heavy loss during this riots.

3.                  That I may kindly be given compensation of the above belongings at the earliest.  I got a loss of about Rs.1,26,000/- during that period of riots.  FIR  was lodged on 12-11-84, at Police Station Delhi Cantt. (copy of FIR is attached)

4.                  That on 31^st Oct.`84, (Night) a mob of about four hundred persons with armed with lathis, iron rods etc. attacked to my workshop and all goods were looted and then set the workshop on fire and the workshop reduced to ashes and nothing was left.  I got a loss of Rs.1,50,000/-.  (copy of FIR is attached)

5.                  That I may kindly be given compensation of the said workshop.
