I, Darshan Singh S/o S. Baru Singh aged about 60 yrs. R/o 12/61, Kalyanpuri, Delhi-91, do hereby solemnly affirm and declare as under:- 

1.                  That in Nov.`84, I and my family were living at 12/61, Kalyanpuri, Delhi-91.  I am / was a barbander.

2.                  That on 1^st Nov.`84, I was going to Dallupura for my job at 8 AM that then some people told me go back Sardarji do not go ahead because a violent mob kill the Sikhs ahead.  Then I came back to my house. 

3.                  That on the same day when I came back to my house after some time at about 10 A.M. a violent mob attacked at our house.  I ran from my house alongwith my family to the nearby neighbour’s house.  We stayed there for 2 days.

4.                  That 3^rd Nov.`84, when we returned to our house I saw that our house was completely looted and burnt.

5.                  That on 4^th Nov.`84, I lodged a complaint with Police Station Kalyanpuri.  (copy attached)

6.                  That I suffered a loss of Rs.45,000/- in respect of my household articles. 

7.                  That I have not received any compensation from anywhere.
