I, Dhan Kaur W/o S.Pratap Singh age 35 yrs. residing  in a Jhuggi between Block 11 & 12, do hereby solemnly affirm and declare as under:- 

1.                  That in Oct./Nov.`84, I and my family were staying at the above address.

2.                  That on 1^st Nov.`84, at about 10 P.M. our jhuggi was attacked I and my family ran out and sought shelter in the neighbouring house of S. Dalip Singh.  From there we saw that our jhuggi was looted and then that was set on fire.

3.                  That I suffered a loss of Rs.10,000/- in the household goods and the jhuggi cost.

4.                  That an FIR  was lodged with Kalyanpuri Police Station on 11-11-84.  ( copy attached)
