I, Dilbar Singh S/o S. Maluk Singh aged about 52 yrs. R/o 12/67, Kalyanpuri, Delhi-91, do hereby solemnly affirm and declare as under:- 

1.                  That in Nov.`84, I and my family were living at 12/67, Kalyanpuri, Delhi-91.  I am / was a barbander.

2.                  That on 1^st Nov.`84,  at about 10 A.M. a violent mob attacked at our house.  I ran from my house alongwith my family to the nearby neighbour’s house.  We stayed there for 2 days.

3.                  That 3^rd Nov.`84, when we returned to our house I saw   that our house was completely looted and burnt.

4.                  That on 4^th Nov.`84, I lodged a complaint with Police Station Kalyanpuri.  (copy attached)

5.                  That I suffered a loss of Rs.60,000/- in respect of my household articles. 

6.                  That I have not received any compensation from anywhere.
