I, Harbhajan Kaur W/o Late S. Sewa Singh aged about 50 yrs. R/o B-51, Tilak Vihar, Delhi, do hereby solemnly affirm and declare as under:-

1.                  That during Nov.`84 riots, I alongwith my family was residing at H.No.480, Block-21, Trilokpuri, Delhi. 

2.                  That on 1^st Nov.`84, one person named Bihari Lala, a local Dhobi of the area at Trilokpuri, Delhi led the mobs who indulged in looting the properties, burning the houses and killing Sikhs of the area.

3.                  That the above named Bihari Lala alongwith other rioters had burnt our house and looted all valuables lying there and seriously injured my husband Late Sh. Sewa Singh.

4.                  That I had lodged a complaint of the above incident with the SHO, P.S.Kalyanpuri, Delhi-91, on 13-11-84. (copy attached)

5.                  That I had suffered a loss of Rs.25,000/- due to the acts of the rioters.
