I, Saheb Kaur W/o Kuldeep Singh aged about 32 yrs. R/o 13/121, Kalyanpuri, Delhi, do hereby solemnly affirm and declare as under:- 

1.                  That in Oct./Nov.`84, I was residing at the abovesaid address alongwith my husband and son.

2.                  That on 1-11-84, in the morning a big mob comprising of 3,000 persons attacked our house.  They beat us mercilessly and looted all our belongings in the house.  I suffered a loss of Rs.50,000/- on account of loss of household goods.  My husband Kuldeep Singh lodged a report with the Police Station Kalyanpuri, Delhi.  Copy of which is enclosed herewith.

3.        That I did not get any compensation from the Govt.  I am entitled to compensation of Rs.50,000/- on account of loss of my household goods and belongings.
