I, Shanti Devi W/o Sh. Shiv Bhushan aged about 50 yrs. R/o Jhuggi No. 11, Kalyanpuri, New Delhi, do hereby solemnly affirm and declare as under:- 

1.                  That in Nov.`84, I was residing in Jhuggi No. 11, Kalyanpuri, New Delhi.  I also seeing the mob roaming around with heavy kerosene oil and some chemical in their hands alongwith some sticks etc. and they were shouting that Sikh should be killed.

2.                  That however we slipped from this Jhuggi and shifted to Block 11 of Kalyanpuri and where majority of our community were residing.

3.                  That my Jhuggi was burnt by the said violent mob and I suffered a loss to the tune of Rs.30,000/-.

4.                  That I have not any compensation from the Govt. which I am entitled to.  I had lodged a report to the police station Kalyanpuri.
