I, Shanti Kaur, W/o Hukum Singh residing in jhuggi No. 12, located between Block No.11 & 12, Kalyanpuri, New Delhi, do hereby solemnly affirm and declare as under:-

1.                  That in Oct./Nov.`84, I and my family were staying at the above mentioned address.

2.                  That on 1^st Nov.`84, our jhuggi was attacked at 10 P.M. I and my family ran out and sought shelter with some neighbours.  I saw my jhuggi being looted and burnt I suffered a loss of Rs.8,000/- in household goods.

3.                  That an FIR was lodged with Kalyanpuri Police Station on 12-11-84 (copy attached).  The loss of Rs.8,000/- of household goods is mentioned in the FIR.

4.                  That I have received a sum of Rs.1,000/- only for my loss.
