I, Swara Bai W/o Waryam Singh aged 45 yrs., R/o A40, Vikas Vihar, Lothi Gaon, Nangloi, Delhi-41, do hereby solemnly affirm and declare as under:-

1.                  That in Nov.`84, I was staying at 13/111, Kalyanpuri along with my husband and there children.

2.                  That on 1^st Nov.`84, a policeman came to our house and told me that my husband should not go out for work, as the situation is tense.

3.                  That at 9 hours on 1^st Nov.`84, mob came and first attacked the Gurdwara and put it on fire and went back.  But it came back again and burnt the bus belonging to a sikh then mob again retreated later mob approached my house.  On seeing the mob, I left my house along with my family members to the house of  Ration Depot owner.  He hid all of us in his house.  But my husband left and went away.

4.                  That I remained hidden in Ration depot owner’s house for next 4 days.

5.                  That then military came and under its escort went to Block 11, Kalyanpuri to the house of my Massi.

6.                  That when I came to my house on 6^th Nov.`84, my house was completely looted and burnt.  I suffered a loss of Rs.50,000/- FIR enclosed.

7.                  That I was not given compensation for the loss suffered by me.  I am entitled to full compensation.
