I, Raghubir Singh S/o Sh. Hukum Singh aged 50 yrs. R/o C-17 B, Vipin Garden, New Delhi-59, do hereby solemnly affirm and declare as under: 

1.                  That in Nov.`84, I was living at B-15, Mahendra Park, New Delhi-59, along with my family members.

2.                  That in front of my house one Sikh family of S. Harjit Singh was living in Nov.`84.  I was informed by various people like milk vendor, vegetable  person that plans are being drawn to kill Sikhs.  As I came to know about this I informed S. Harjit Singh accordingly.  Initially he was not willing to come, but on my insistence, he came to our house along with his family members and took shelter.  He stayed in our house for next 3 days till Military personnel came, they were escorted to Hari Nagar Gurdwara.

3.                  That while S. Harjit Singh’s family was taking shelter at my house.  I was asked by mob number of times to bring out the Sikh family but I as well as my wife resisted it and refused to bring out S. Harjit Singh.
