I, Manbhari Kaur W/o Late S. Kuldeep Singh aged about 32 yrs. R/o E-6/191, Sultanpuri, New Delhi, do hereby solemnly affirm and declare as under:-

1.                  That in Nov.`84, I was living in a joint family alongwith my husband and in laws at A-4/175, Sultanpuri, New Delhi. 

2.                  That on 1^st Nov.`84, the mob of about 2000 – 3000 people attacked the houses and properties of Sikh families of our locality.  The mob was being led by Sajjan Kumar, Gupta and Nathu, who owns a Kerosene Oil Depot.  I can recognize the said persons in case they are brought before me.

3.                  That the mob had burnt our house and looted our property at Sultan Puri, Delhi and they also killed my husband Sh. Kuldip Singh by dragging him out of the house .  He was taking on the road and then after beating him mercilessly by Lathis, he was then burnt alive.

4.                  That by dragging him out, the mob had thrown some powder on our faces due to which there was some smoke .

5.                  That I had lodged the complaint with the S.H.O., P.S. Sultan Puri, Delhi which is being attached with this Affidavit.
