I had earlier filed an affidavit before Justice Ranganath Mishra Commission of Inqauiry. A photocopy of it is shown to me. It bears my signature and I say that contents thereof are correct.

In addition to what I have stated in my affidavit I say that out of 9 persons named by me before the police, only four persons were put up for trial. I had sent one composite complaint to police station Delhi Cantt. Therein I had mentioned about burning of my shop in Moti Nagar. My complaint regarding burning of my shop was not sent to Moti Nagar Police Station. I did not get compensation for the burning of my shop as my complaint was not sent to Moti Nagar Police Station.

Cross examination by Shri S.S. Ghandi, Senior Advocate on behalf of Delhi Police.

The police had recorded my statement in 1984 while I was in Gurudwara. Thereafter no policemen had recorded my statement. I do not know if as a result of my filing of an affidavit before Justice Ranganath Mishra Commission, fresh investigation was ordered. I do not remember if during the investigation in 1992, my statement was recorded by the police. I know that a case was registered by the police but I cannot say that it was an FIR No.415/84.
