Cross examination by Shri S.S.Gandhi, on behalf of Delhi Police :

I had made an complaint to the police regarding the incident which I have mentioned in my affidavit, the police had registered an offence. I had filed a complaint in police station Kotwali on 6.11.84. I do not know if the police had registered any offence on my complaint.
