I had filed an affidavit before Justice Ranganath Mishra Commission of Inquiry. I have seen the original affidavit and it is the same. I also filed one affidavit dated 24^th August, 2000 before this Commission. The original affidavit is shown to me and it bears my signature. The affidavit is taken on record and taken marked as Exhibit No.34/1 and 34/2. In that affidavit I have stated whatever I have to say and nothing more to say.

Cross examination by Shri S.S.Gandhi, Sr. Advocate on behalf of Delhi Police.

With regard to the incident mentioned in my affidavit a police report was filed by me on 3^rd / 4^th November, 1984. On 2^nd November, 1984, I was at my place in Trilokpuri. No higher police officer had come to Trilokpuri on 2^nd November, 1984. I do not know if the higher police had visited the Trilokpuri area and had enquired about what had happened. I do not know if any case was registered against these police officers and they were arrested.
