The affidavit is read over to me and I say that it is the same affidavit which was filed by me earlier before Justice Ranganath Mishra Commission of Inquiry. The affidavit is taken on record and marked as Exhibit No.38/1. I had gone to the Kalyan Puri Police Station and Farsh Bazar Camp on 3^rd November, 1984 and not on 2^nd November, 1984 as stated in the affidavit. My husband was killed by Shri Kishore Lal and the men who were accompanying him. I knew Shri Kishore Lal earlier to the incident as he was selling meat in our locality.

I had given evidence in Kakardooma Courts. I had given evidence in respect of the incidence referred to in my affidavit. My brother-in-Law was killed by Mr.Sabnam and Ramphal Saroj. Both of them are the accused in the case.
