I have brought today the original FIR register containing FIRs from 229 to 264 of 84. Only one FIR was registered at the Police Station between 31.10.84 and 4.11.84. I am shown one file ( which is now given exhibit No.W80/1) it contains a copy of that FIR. It also contains deployment chart and other relevant papers. I am shown two log books of that Police Station. They are for the period from 11.10.84 to 2.11.84 ( which is now given exhibit No.W80/2 ) and from 2.11.84 to 15.11.84 ( which is now given exhibit No. W80/3 ).

I am producing my replies to questions submitted to me by the learned counsel Shri H.S. Phoolka for the November ’84 Carnage Justice Committee ( It is taken on record and treated as part of the evidence).
