I am at present posted as SHO, Police Station Krishna Nagar. After going through the record I have come to know that 12 incidents of Anti-Sikh riots were registered at the Krishna Nagar Police Station. I am producing the photocopies of all those FIRs. The photocopies are of FIR No.483 ( which is taken on record and now given Exhibit No.W88/1), 484 ( which is taken on record and now given Exhibit No.W88/2), 485 ( which is taken on record and now given Exhibit No.W88/3), 486 ( which is taken on record and now given Exhibit No.W88/4), 493 ( which is taken on record and now given Exhibit No.W88/5), 497 ( which is taken on record and now given Exhibit No.W88/6), 504 ( which is taken on record and now given Exhibit No.W88/7), 51/87 ( which is taken on record and now given Exhibit No.W88/8), 331/91 ( which is taken on record and now given Exhibit No.W88/9), 198/93 ( which is taken on record and now given Exhibit No.W88/10), 199/93 ( which is taken on record and now given Exhibit No.W88/11) and 271/93 ( which is taken on record and now given Exhibit No.W88/12). The file (which is now given exhibit No.W88/13) is the case file of FIR No.483. The file (which is now given exhibit No.W88/14) is the case file of FIR No.484. The file (which is now given exhibit No.W88/15) is the case file of FIR No.485. The file (which is now given exhibit No.W88/16) is the case file of FIR No.486. The file (which is now given exhibit No.W88/17) is the case file of FIR No.493. The file (which is now given exhibit No.W88/18) is the case file of FIR No.497. The file (which is now given exhibit No.W88/19) is the case file of FIR No.504.

The file (which is now given exhibit No.W88/20) contains general information regarding incidents which had taken place during that period. The log book (which is now given exhibit No.W88/21) is for the period between 16.10.84 to 6.11.84. The Daily Diary Register – B in original (which is now given exhibit No.W88/22) is for the period between 10.10.84 to 3.11.84. The file (which is now given exhibit No.W88/23) is in respect of inquiry held by the police on the basis of the complaint made by Shri Manmohan Singh Pahwa.
