On the basis of the record I say that between 31.10.84 and 5.11.84, four cases of anti-sikh riots were registered. Their Numbers are 606, 607 608 and 609. One more FIR was registered on 13.11.84 its number is 613. I am producing the photocopies of FIRs. The photocopies are of FIR No.606 ( which is now taken on record and given Exhibit No.W91/1), 607 ( which is now taken on record and given Exhibit No.W91/2), 608 ( which is now taken on record and given Exhibit No.W91/3), 609 ( which is now taken on record and given Exhibit No.W91/4), 613 ( which is now taken on record and given Exhibit No.W91/5), 85/87 ( which is now taken on record and given Exhibit No.W91/6), 137/91 ( which is now taken on record and given Exhibit No.W91/7), 336/91 ( which is now taken on record and given Exhibit No.W91/8), 337/91 ( which is now taken on record and given Exhibit No.W91/9), 338/91 ( which is now taken on record and given Exhibit No.W91/10), The file (which is now given exhibit No.W91/11) is the case file of FIR No.607. The file (which is now given exhibit No.W91/12) is the case file of FIR No. 608. The file (which is now given exhibit No.W91/13) is the case file of FIR No.613. I cannot say if any case relating to anti-sikh riots was registered thereafter. I will verify the files and find that if any additional case was registered.

The file (which is now given exhibit No.W91/14) is the case file of FIR No.85 of 87. The file (which is now given exhibit No.W91/15) is the case file of FIR No.137/91 and 338/91.

The File ( which is now given Exhibit No.W91/16) is the file containing the report of SHO and other relevant papers. The file (which is now given exhibit No.W91/16) contains the report of ACP Shadhara. File ( which is now given Exhibit No.W91/18) contains the chitta and Daily Diary entries. The log book (which is now given exhibit No.W91/19) is for the period between 14.10.84 and 2.11.84. The log book (which is now given exhibit No.W91/20) is for the period 2.11.84 to 10.11.84.
