Welcome Police Station was earlier a part of Shadhara Police Station. It become separate from Shahdara from 1.7.88. On the basis of the affidavits filed before Justice Ranganath Mishra Commission of Inquiry two FIRs were registered at the Police Station. I am submitting the list thereof (taken on record and marked as exhibit No.W98/1). I have brought photocopies of two FIRs ( which is now given exhibit No.W98/2 collectively). Case file (which is now given exhibit No.W98/3) is in respect of FIR No.44/91. Case file (which is now given exhibit No.W98/4) is in respect of FIR No.221/91.
